Waikiki Police Department (WPD) is a solo roleplaying game that allows a player to spend a week as a bicycle cop on the breezy shores of Waikiki.

A deck of playing cards, a pair of six sided dice and recording device (pen & paper, cellphone, cassette recorder, etc) are all you need.
